Cancel a Remaining Unpaid Order
In the reminder plan settings for orders right below the schedule settings you find the Cancellation option.
Enable it and choose how long for Kindly to wait after the last sent reminder to finally cancel the order.
Additional options you can choose from:
- Restock order items
- Refund the order (with partially paid orders)
- Send Shopify cancellation email
Delete a Remaining Open Draft Order
In the reminder plan settings for draft orders right below the schedule settings you find the Deletion option.
Enable it and choose how long for Kindly to wait after the last sent reminder to finally delete the order.
