Set up deletion option
Schedule to delete open draft orders after all follow ups have been sent.

Go to Reminder plans > Your reminder plan.

Scroll down to the Deletion option and enable it.

Select the desired waiting period after the last sent reminder before the draft order gets deleted.
Enabling this option helps keep your system clean by automatically removing orders that no longer require reminders.
