- Recovering revenue: The revenue that Kindly is trying to recover at the moment.
- Recovering orders: The amount of orders that Kindly is trying to recover at the moment.
Successful recoveries (last 30 days)
- Recovered Orders: All orders* that got recovered by Kindly in the last 30 days. We count only orders as recovered when at least one reminder went out before the order status was set to paid.
- Recovered revenue: The revenue of all recovered orders.
- Success Rate: Shows what percentage of all orders being in recovery in the last 30 days Kindly was able to recover.
