First Steps - From Setup to Recovery Start
- Kindly finds all outstanding unpaid orders in your Shopify store and lists them in the recovery list in the app's dashboard. Don't worry, you can choose which orders to recover later on.
- Now, go ahead and choose the right article to start scheduling your first reminder. They are quite the same but have a few differences.

- Schedule Email Reminders for Open Draft Orders - After setting up your reminder plan you need to save it in order to start the autopilot. In the top right-hand corner click "enable autopilot..." to open the autopilot modal. Choose what orders you like to start recovery for by choosing the starting point. How Kindly operates on autopilot
When an order got paid during the recovery Kindly will instantly stop sending reminders and set the recovery status to "Recovered". Orders can also be stopped manually in the recovery list if needed.
